Podcasts can be a goldmine of information. Here are a selection of my favourites

My favourite podcasts

Mel Robbins

The Mel Robbins Podcast

Mel is always high energy and she delivers amazing value in each and every episode. Whether she’s interviewing a guest on fasting, menopause or tidying, I always feel better off after listening to every episode.

As a listener, it feels like Mel’s talking directly to you as an individual. She uses inclusive language like ‘you and me’ and tells you she loves you at the end of every episode.  I think she’s fab.

And if two new episodes a week isn’t enough, you can get tonnes more content from Mel on her YouTube channel.

New episodes Mondays and Thursdays

Dr Mindy Pelz

Dr Mindy Pelz

I first heard Mindy on the Mel Robbins podcast and loved her energy. She was talking about peri menopause and fasting and was really easy to listen to.

Mindy talked through the 6 types of fasting, including under which circumstances each type is best to follow.
