I’d never even heard of peri menopause when I started it. I just felt knackered, angry, fat and had barely any energy.
I started looking around for information, and there was naff all about, except for Davina’s book, Menopausing.
It was so frustrating that I couldn’t find much information about peri menopause. I figured that ‘d start a place to provide information, workbooks, courses, memberships and a community – you name it, there’s no limit to what I want Motherland to be!
What is peri menopause?
If you’re in a similar situation to me a few years ago when I joined the peri peri club, you might have limited about of knowledge about peri menopause.
It’s basically the transition to menopause, when your body and hormones start to prepare you for menopause.

How can I get the best out of Motherland?
Have a look around at the topics I write about. There’s information about health, personal growth, movement and reiki. The website is very much in its infancy, and I’d love to hear from you if you have suggestions for topics I can write about.
